As with any toothpaste, apply the appropriate amount to your brush and brush your teeth as usual. After about 2 minutes, rinse your mouth thoroughly until no toothpaste residue remains. If it causes any minor irritation to your gums or mouth, discontinue use and consult your doctor or dentist.
