Where do you want us to send your new beauty routine? We ship our products everywhere in Europe! You can also collect your order at one of our boutiques in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Milan, or Munich — and save on shipping costs!

International shipping
The shipping costs and delivery time will vary, depending on your location. You'll see the added costs before you complete your order. Regardless of where you are in the world, shipping is free for purchases over €60.
The delivery times may be longer during sales
There are certain periods during which we prepare thousands of orders per day. Around Christmas, Black Friday or other sales periods, your order may take a bit longer to arrive. Thanks for your understanding. It's worth the wait, we promise!
Orders ready at record spead
Your order will be ready within 24 hours (one business day!) after your payment is validated.
Orders are shipped from Barcelona
Did you think your orders were shipped from South Korea? Nope! Our warehouse is in Barcelona. Please keep in mind that we follow the city's labour calendar, so we don't work on local and national holidays.

Refund Policy
MiiN Cosmetics wants to give clients the best service possible. Thus, if there is any problem with your order, you can contact our customer care department at the following e-mail address: help@miin-cosmetics.com.
Returns
In case you receive the wrong product or if it is in bad condition, you can return it and we will pay the shipping fees. If you would like to return a product acquired at MiiN Cosmetics, send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt.
Please state why you would like to return the product by e-mail: help@miin-cosmetics.com.
Once you have received written confirmation, send the product using the postal service recommended to you.
Once we confirm receipt of the returned item(s), we'll refund the amount of the product(s) and shipping costs within 10 to 15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you enjoyed a discount or special price, you'll receive the amount you paid when you made the purchase. Likewise, if your order came with a gift, sample or free product, you must return it with the rest of the item(s). No reimbursement can be made if the product has been used.
Cancellations
Once an order is made, it can only be cancelled before dispatch.
